VANCOUVER — ARC Restaurant, located inside the Fairmont Waterfront, has launched Sip and Shuck, a limited-time pop-up wine and oyster bar experience at the signature Chef’s Bench.
At the heart of the pop-up wine bar lies a commitment to showcasing the best of B.C.’s terroir. Guests will be treated to a daily fresh sheet featuring five varietals of freshly shucked oysters, paired with a curated selection of boutique wines available by the glass or as flights.
Sip and Shuck will support the B.C. wine industry that has been affected by recent climate-related challenges. To enrich the tasting experience, celebrated sommeliers will join the Chef’s Bench on select evening to share their expertise and insights on the evening’s pours.
Sip and Shuck is open Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. through the summer season, and is walk-in only.
