MONTREAL — CFO Capital has acquired and re-positioned the Hyatt Place Downtown Montreal. The pre-existing Gouverneur Hôtel was acquired in August 2019 by Sageblan Investments. The 354-key hotel went through a $25-million capex and re-position program, converging to Hyatt Place and achieving above market Average Daily Rates (ADRs) and occupancy.
